2. CNC Bore Grinding Machine
   
 
This machine is suitable for grinding jobs, which require critical accuracies as the job is held in 6-jaw diaphragm chuck. This machine is equipped with CNC system make Fanuc model OiTB having 2-axis control through servomotors. This machine is designed for holding extremely close tolerances and short cycle time jobs and the job is clamped in diaphragm chuck. Automatic grinding cycle provides effortless repetitive grinding undr high cutting conditions. Therefore, this machine is generally used for mass production. In addition automatic wheel dressing cycle including wheel wear compensation reduces the need for operator skill and attention. The internal grinding spindle can be belt driven or motorized high-frequency spindle depending upon the size of the component and the accuracy requirement."

3. CNC CAM LOBE GRINDING MACHINE
   
 

CNC Cam Lobe Grinding M/c is a very unique and Economical solution for Cam grinding. It is very compact, high precision, very stable for high accuracy production runs of cam shafts with convex and concave cam forms. We have developed dedicated software that generates the coordinator per friction of degree to achieve profile accuracy well within 25 mm. CAM lobe and journal grinding is possible in the same set up. In- process gauge can be interfaced for journal grinding. There are various models for various applications depending on the size of the component. Machine is available with 3 AXES / 5 AXES. CNC system from Fanuc as well as Siemens. High-speed grinding cycles are available now with both the controllers. Machine is available with CBN wheel where cutting speed is more than 80 mins/sec. Chilled casting material can be ground from the row if machine is fitted with CBN shafts with convex and concave cam forms.
